The Deerfield Lake Clubhouse is available for rental by Deerfield Lake residents who are current with their annual dues. Reservations to use the Clubhouse are given on a first-come, first-serve basis.Address of the clubhouse is 17148 Golden Star Drive, Strongsville, OH 44136. To reserve the Clubhouse, a $50 deposit, plus the appropriate rental amount, must be left with the manager. This deposit is refunded within two weeks after your event – if all rules are followed and no damage has occurred. The current daily rental fee is $65 for Monday-Thursday and $90 for Friday-Sunday & Holidays. The Clubhouse is equipped with an electric stove (4-burner cooktop and oven), microwave, refrigerator/freezer, wet bar, two bathrooms, 12 tables (vary in size) and approximately 75 folding chairs. There is a stereo system with AM/FM radio, tape deck and CD player. The facility is unique in design with a tree trunk staircase and a loft.
