Deerfield Lake is a planned unit development with a mandatory, annual, Homeowner's Fee.

Your Homeowner's Fee pays for two large parks that include a clubhouse (rentable by Deerfield Lake residents), outdoor pool (new in 2002), pool personnel, three fenced tennis courts, two playgrounds, and two stocked ponds. It also includes entrance signage and common ground & facility maintenance. Ducks & geese thrown in for free.

Weekday Rental: $65 + $50 deposit = $115
Weekend Rental: $90 + $50 deposit = $140
